🌼 Summer is coming! Which means, less huge, heavy clothes and more shorts, dresses, skirts, swimsuits and the best part, spring-summer sales! Imagine your rocking body in all those clothes every time you think about giving up. Picture pulling that tiny size from the clothes rack and seeing it fit perfectly on you! Everything will fit you , no matter how short, tight or skimpy it is, regardless your body type. You will look so elegant and beautiful.
🌹 You will look even better than your friend, than that girl with the hot body, than her - you know who I am talking about. They will see you in the street and you will be glowing with confidence and beauty!
🥀 People will ask, even state, you have lost weight! And you will be proud. They will praise you and your enviable slender, fit figure. They might say, please don’t lose anymore, you are so skinny.
🍃 You will look forward to stepping on a scale instead of dreading it!
🌻 You will dance and run so much better, easier, lighter ! Even working out will be so much more fun.
🌺 You will look amazing in every picture. Envision a friend taking your photo and you not being able to wait to see how great you look !
🍄 Seriously , think about not worrying about food, not counting calories, not being bloated or heavy ever- instead, you will sleep soundly, you will be full of energy at all times, your skin and hair will be healthy and shiny, your digestion will improve so much, you will not get sick as easily as before, your nails will grow fast (personal fave lol), LESS STRESS, you will wake up radiating all that positive energy from the healthy and balanced food you are having, the vitamins, mineral and nutrients !
🌸 Habits are formed by repetition. Whenever you do something, new neurons pathways are created inside your brain, making it easier and more effortless to repeat the behavior you just engaged in. Likewise, whenever you don’t engage in a habitual behavior, the existing neuron pathways in your brain are snapped and you become less likely to do those things. This means that if you put a little extra effort in sticking to your new desired habits now, in one or two months it will be super easier for you to follow through with them!

💐 Imagine waking up on the 1st of May. You are so excited for this new month, so peaceful and confident. You have made a huge progress, you have been eating right, small, balanced meals, exercising, relaxing and resting. You get up and realize how light and radiant you are feeling. You go to your closet and realize you can wear anything, any piece of your clothing, because it all looks so flattering and cute on you. You put on that top you have been reluctant to try on before , and figure out it is big on you now and it brings out how healthy , slim , ethereal and fit you are. Stand up straight, put on a huge smile ; you are beautiful and chill and you are carrying yourself with grace and certainty. You are ready to take on the world. You still have a bit more to do to be where you want to be, but it has become effortless and easy now. Seeing results makes you so motivated! You are thanking yourself, giving yourself a big hug. Your efforts have paid off. Every single day you decided not to night eat, not to graze, not to overeat, not to skip a workout BUT instead to get out to exercise, do your body weight strength training, pilates and yoga, run, dance, do other forms of cardio, walk home instead of taking the bus, follow your meal plan, stop when you are 80 % full, sleep 8 hours, hydrate and CHALLENGE YOURSELF AND CHANGE YOUR HABITS TO GET CLOSER TO YOUR TRUE SELF AND GOAL HAS MADE.A.DIFFERENCE.
